Do you provide a warranty for your work?
How Long Are Proposals Valid For?
Our proposals are valid for 30 days, after which a revised proposal may be necessary due to the unpredictability of ever rising material costs.
If we move forward with the proposal do you require a deposit?
Our payment terms are in the form of an initial 10% deposit for jobs exceeding $5,000 exc GST, and final payment on completion of the works (or unless agreed otherwise)
How do we accept a proposal?
To proceed with our proposal we require a formal instruction, in writing from the relevant party. Our proposal must be digtally signed and returned before works commence.
Do you issue compliance certificates?
All certificates of conformance and certification are issued once final payment has been made upon the successful completion of the works stated in our proposal.
Do You Provide Free proposals?
In most circumstances we are able to provide a free cost estimate without visiting your home, all we require is a detailed description of the work you require, accompanied by photos.
We also offer an on site consultation at a fixed fee which we recommend for larger jobs & jobs that are likely to have variables that cannot be determined soley by photos or a job breif.
