One of the most common headaches builders have to constantly deal with is proposals that lack detail, where the inclusions and exclusions have not been clearly outlined. And even worse, when contractors also intentionally leave items off the quotation, making their proposal look cheaper initially, but then sting you later on with costly variations, blowing out the budget and timeframes.

We don’t send a quote to our clients… we send a proposal. And there’s a big difference between the two. Our proposals breakdown everything you’ll need to see, so you can make an informed decision on the right electrician for the job. We also communicate exclusions and clarifications, as well as always make you aware of anything that may have been missed or overlooked in the predesign stages (rather than use this as an opportunity to look cheap with the plan of stinging you later on!).

We initially contacted Pulse Electrical & Communications to discuss our new build in Lane Cove West. This was going to be a very large construction over five levels, seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, self-contained bottom level unit, media room, swimming pool / spa and numerous miscellaneous items.
Kyle turned up on time, was professionally attired, attentive and very generous with his time and idea’s, even though at this stage we had not officially engaged their services. The following quotation was received promptly and clearly defined. Kyle’s communication surrounding the breakdown of this extensive quotation was clear and accurate and he also suggested numerous options and alternatives. It was this effort and Kyle’s willingness to go the extra distance for his client and not the final price (even though very competitive) why we engaged the services of Pulse Electrical & Communications.
Throughout the build we were very happy with the clean, quality workmanship and it all went without any dramas, nor were there any “hidden surprises”.
